How the program works

Learning starts from real data on leader behavior

  1. Assess

Leaders rate themselves, and the people they work with rate them through LPI® 360.

  2. Report

Each leader receives a personal report on strengths and growth areas.

  3. Workshop and coaching

An interactive workshop and one-to-one coaching turn results into a plan.

  4. Practice and measure

Leaders apply the plan with their teams, then we measure improvement.
